Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the item in its original protective packaging and include all assembly hardware to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
