Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for transit and assembly.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Line ships exclusively to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders soon.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize ethical craftsmanship. Our wood is FSC-certified, and our textiles are sourced from suppliers who adhere to Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS).
